Shipping Destinations

Maison Sève currently ships within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Maison Sève reserves the right to expand, limit, or modify shipping availability at any time.


Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are not typically processed on:

• Federal holidays

• Major carrier holidays

• Periods of severe operational disruption

Order processing may be delayed due to:

Third-Party Fulfillment

Maison Sève utilizes trusted third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, logistics partners, manufacturers, and service providers to facilitate order fulfillment and delivery.

Certain products may be shipped directly from fulfillment partners.

Future product categories, including apparel, Discovery Sets, limited releases, and other merchandise, may be fulfilled through different fulfillment providers.

Maison Sève reserves the right to utilize different fulfillment partners at its discretion.


Product Availability

Inventory levels may change without notice.

Although Maison Sève strives to maintain accurate inventory information, products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

If an item becomes unavailable, Maison Sève may:

• Issue a refund

• Issue store credit

• Offer a substitute option

• Cancel the affected portion of an order

Maison Sève shall not be liable for inventory shortages, supplier discontinuations, or stock discrepancies.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information when available.

Tracking availability depends upon carrier capabilities and shipping methods.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and tracking updates.


Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Maison Sève is not responsible for:

• Delayed shipments

• Lost shipments

• Returned shipments

• Additional shipping expenses

resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may be required before an order can be reshipped.


Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Carrier records may be relied upon when evaluating delivery-related claims, including:

• Delivery confirmations

• GPS tracking data

• Delivery photographs

• Signature records

• Carrier tracking information

Customers who believe a package was delivered incorrectly must:

• Contact the carrier promptly

• Notify Maison Sève

• Cooperate with any carrier investigation

Maison Sève does not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund for shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Porch Theft & Post-Delivery Loss

Maison Sève is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

Customers are encouraged to:

• Monitor tracking information

• Utilize secure delivery locations

• Retrieve packages promptly after delivery

Claims involving theft after delivery may require customers to pursue remedies through local authorities, insurance providers, or carrier services when applicable.


Signature Confirmation

Maison Sève reserves the right to require signature confirmation for any order.

Signature confirmation may be required for:

• High-value purchases

• Limited releases

• Replacement shipments

• Fraud-screened transactions

• Orders requiring additional verification

Failure to accept a required delivery may result in additional fees, delays, cancellation, or refusal of future service.


Temperature & Transit Conditions

Fragrance products may be exposed to varying environmental conditions during shipping, transportation, and delivery.

Temporary exposure to:

• Elevated temperatures

• Extreme heat

• Freezing temperatures

• Extreme cold

• Seasonal climate fluctuations

may occur while products are in transit.

Such exposure does not necessarily indicate:

• Product damage

• Product defect

• Product contamination

• Product authenticity concerns

Temporary changes may include:

• Cloudiness

• Minor discoloration

• Altered spray performance

• Changes in fragrance perception

• Variations in projection or longevity

Customers are encouraged to allow fragrance products to stabilize at room temperature for 24–48 hours before evaluating performance.

Maison Sève shall not be responsible for temporary fragrance-performance concerns resulting from environmental conditions encountered during shipping or transportation.


Summer Heat & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered shipments promptly.

Fragrance products should not be left for extended periods in:

• Direct sunlight

• Vehicles

• Mailboxes

• Parcel lockers

• Outdoor storage locations

• High-temperature environments

Maison Sève shall not be responsible for deterioration, cosmetic changes, performance concerns, or other issues resulting from environmental exposure occurring after delivery.


Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control

Maison Sève shall not be liable for shipping delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Carrier disruptions

• Labor disputes

• Government actions

• Transportation interruptions

• Supply-chain disruptions

• Public emergencies

• Force majeure events

Estimated delivery dates may change without notice under such circumstances.


Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments

Shipping charges are non-refundable for:
