Maison Sève does not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund for shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Porch Theft & Post-Delivery Loss

Maison Sève is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after a shipment has been marked delivered.

• Utilize delivery-management services offered by carriers when available

Failure to secure a delivered package does not constitute a basis for refund, replacement, or chargeback.

Customers are encouraged to allow fragrance products to stabilize at room temperature for 24–48 hours before evaluating performance.

Maison Sève shall not be responsible for temporary performance concerns, fragrance perception differences, or cosmetic changes resulting from environmental conditions encountered during shipping, transportation, delivery, or storage outside Maison Sève’s direct control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Maison Sève’s Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Binding Arbitration
